My name is Jai Mohan. I use he/him/his, xe/xem/xir, and ze/hir/hirs pronouns interchangeably.

I’m a multi-media artist. The bulk of my publicly available work is music and poetry; occasionally I make excursions into theatre, visual/sculptural art, and herbalism with a focus on fragrance formulation.

I am pagan and animist, raised with Buddhism and Hinduism; my chosen practice is primarily based around Heathenry, and I have a deep love of its lore and artistic community. I am interested in polytheistic monasticism, ecstatic practices, group ritual, and the crossover between spirituality and art.

I am Desi, queer, trans, and disabled. These identities inform my work. As a facilitator working in a community that can sometimes be exclusionary, building inclusive and antiracist spaces is deeply important to me.

I live in Lenapehoking in NYC with my two cats.
